Conditions of sale and online reservations

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products and/or services made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by the provider, (Hanleyglasses) to natural and/or legal persons.

Any order placed with Hanleyglasses necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Hanleyglasses in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by Hanleyglasses. The fact that Hanleyglasses does not resort to any of these conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted as nor will it be equivalent to renouncing resort to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
- The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.
- The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Prices:
- The prices published on Hanleyglasses are in Euros. The prices shown include VAT. This is indicated on the shopping cart page before the order is finally processed.
- Offers on products for sale at Hanleyglasses will be displayed in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

Payment methods:
When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made at Hanleyglasses by:

- Card payment (secure gateway)
- PayPal


Product/service:
Offers presented by Hanleyglasses are valid within the limit of available stock. Hanleyglasses reserves the right to modify the product range depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

Once the customer has purchased a product from Hanleyglasses, they have 14 days to return it without needing to give any explanation. To do this you must fill out the following withdrawal form.

Right of Withdrawal: 
- The period for exercising this right is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
- The consumer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, not limiting the use of the product as long as it does not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation.
- The consumer will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the products.
- If the product is not returned in the same original packaging, the good may suffer depreciation.
- If the product has any defect or manufacturing defect, the return will be free of charge for the customer.
