RECIPIENT ABSENT
If at the time of delivery no one is at the provided address and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact you to find an alternative delivery solution. If, despite proposing alternative delivery options, the package still cannot be delivered repeatedly, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to refund the purchased product(s).

VAT is included in the final purchase price. No additional import taxes or duties will apply.
Outside Europe
The customer is responsible for paying these charges and collecting the order on time. Failure to do so may result in the package being retained, abandoned, or destroyed.
If the order is voluntarily not collected or duties and taxes are not paid, the order will not be refundable under any circumstances. In such cases, the brand is exempt from any obligation to refund or resend the order.
According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1091, 1254, 1258, and 1461), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer has not received the product for reasons attributable to them, such as refusing delivery or failing to pay the required customs duties.
United Kingdom
There are no customs fees or taxes as long as the order does not exceed £135.
